Christmas Menu – Gluten Free is coming

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac  Disease which has opened my eyes to the plight of  people with an intolerance to gluten.  So I am in the process of developing some baked good items that are GF.    In celebration of the impending Holidays I will be posting a GF menu for all you folks out there in the same boat as my daughter.  Why shouldn’t you have some really great tasting things to have during the Holidays like everyone else?  My GF menu will probably be modest this year but it is my intention to broaden it as my experience with GF ingredients and baking grows.   Happy Holidays
