On the dessert side:
- chocolate souffle cakes
- passionfruit curd tarts with raspberries
- chocolate caramel tarts
- chocolate truffles
- chocolate dipped strawberries
I was living in NYC in 1989 when Keith Haring was widely known in the city so I thought it appropriate to honor his art this valentine’s day as it what was what I grew up with during my salad days in the city. I really miss those days!
