Day 15 The Pistachio Macaroon   We haven’t had pistachio as a flavor in a long, long time so I thought I would bring it back in the macaroon.   Here is another gluten free dessert.  It might deceivingly look like a garden variety macaroon but don’t be fooled.  The fine quality pistachio paste we use delivers the flavor!
