Once again this has nothing to do with food (except for the fact that Normandy is an amazing place for food and drink – if you don’t believe me, google it) but I still am compelled to post the fact that today marks the 68th Anniversary of the landings at Normandy.
My baker’s hat is off and my head is bowed to all those brave people who served and died that momentous day so ultimately I, without hopefully being too melodramatic, could have the opportunity to do what I enjoy doing the most – baking.
