For election day we will be offering the following special items:
For the morning: Yeast raised glazed donuts and cinnamon crullers to have before you go to the polls.
For Lunch: Grass fed, certified organic hamburgers from Back Beyond Farm on a brioche bun with Home of the Free, Land of the Brave Fries. On the burger you have the choice of:
- For a blue taste: Topped with blue cheese
- For a red taste: Red Pepper Aoli
- UPDATE: I forgot to add that we will also be offering chili-cheddar hot dogs on brioche buns. This is a nod of nostalgia from my days at Skidmore College eating late night at Mr. Ed’s on Broadway. The place is long gone now but I will always have a fond memory of it. What does this have to do with Election Day? I have no idea. Just thought it would be fun to eat before or after you cast your vote.
For the green party: Pea soup
For treats we will have red, white and blue cupcakes as well as red and blue sugar cookie stars.
