Peter Cotton-Tail will be making his rounds before you know it so we will be posting our Easter Menu soon.   I can tell you that it will include Hot Cross Buns,  Lemon Tarts, Portuguese Sweet Bread, Fruit tarts, tulip sugar cookies, and more….

If I was asked that question I think the shortest answer to that would be to quote Socrates when he said “the unexamined life is not worth living”

I opened a bakery to try  and understand life.

As you all probably know today is the first day of Spring.  Welcome Spring!   Yes, today I think I will go out and roto-till the garden bed and plant some garlic bulbs.  And then I will go check on the daffodils.   After you have all checked on your gardens and daffodils come by for some hot chocolate or lunch or dessert or breakfast pastry.
