Time is running out!!  Sign up for your tomato CSA with Long Wind Farm!

We are partnering with Long Wind Farm of East Thetford, VT to be a CSA depot for their certified organic tomatoes.   Sign up at Longwindfarm.com and beginning in early april you can come pick up your weekly CSA here at the cafe.  Check out their website for all the details!  Their tomatoes are a taste of summer!  And if you pick up some of our bread to go with them, well now you’re talking about something sublime.

10. Fried things that are decorated green like doughnuts……
11. And lots of good craic!

We have a tradition here at Umpleby’s every Mardi Gras –  we make doughnuts!   We believe that these light, tasty beauties are just the thing to steel yourself for the upcoming 40 days of Lent.  So come early Tuesday morning and start your Mardi Gras party off right!
