A very interesting article in the NYT about the awakening of the cicadas after their 17 year slumber.   Really very interesting!  What does this have to do with food?  Well, you could eat them but I am posting this as I find their re-emergence to be an auspicious sign.  The wonder of life and its interesting cycles.
