Umpleby's Bakery & Café

The Superbowl is this Sunday, February 3rd!  The Giants aren’t playing this time but you can still enjoy yourself by getting some fun game food from Umpleby’s.    Things like sough dough loaves for your dips, meat pies and sausage rolls to go with your favorite ales or lagers,  sandwiches to go with your favorite ales or lagers,  or rolls to make sliders to go with your favorite ales or lagers.

Place an order and have it waiting for you to pick up on Sunday!

There are few things more sublime than eating a glazed Umpleby’s doughnut with a hot cup of coffee on a cold winter morning .   If you don’t believe me come by tomorrow morning and experience it for yourself.    It’s my daughter’s birthday tomorrow as well so I’m sure I’ll be inspired to do some more varieties than our classic Glazed and Cinnamon Crullers.

My calendar says that tomorrow is National Pie Day so we are celebrating!

Pies that we will have for sale:

Apple Crumb, Chocolate Cream, Lemon Meringue and Blueberry Crumb and Raspberry Crumb, and Chocolate Walnut.

For savory pies we will have – Chicken Mushroom Leek,  Artichoke, Chicken Curry, Steak and Mushroom,  Egg and Vegetable, and Egg and Bacon.

Long live the PIE!

Remember:  The devil won’t come to Umpleby’s for fear of being baked in a Pie!
