The First Day of Hanukkah – Jelly Doughnuts

Any compelling reason to make doughnuts is good enough for me!  Ich bin ein Berliner. In the immortal words of JFK we will be making doughnuts on the first day of Hanukkah – Saturday, December 8th.   There will be jellies, glazed, cinnamon crullers, Boston Creams and maybe others.
