we will open our usual hours on Sunday.  If the world does end on the 21st we will be open an hour later on Sunday.

If the world ends after 1pm on Saturday we will be at the Norwich Farmer’s Market.

If the world ends sometime before 1pm we will be offering a 2 for 1 sale on our food.  To be honest, I am more concerned that we have a sunny day on Saturday.

I tried to take the soup off the menu for the summer but now that I look at the weather report and the thermometer I can see I jumped the gun a bit.

So …. we are bringing back soup tomorrow and will have it for the rest of the week until Sunday.  We then say goodbye to soup for the summer season but say hello to ice coffee and ice tea and ice espresso drinks!  The ice drinks will start on Wednesday, May 25.

Another event we are involved in this weekend is donating the appetizers for the Annual Fund Raiser for the Howe Library, The Howel Classic.  For all you Hanover Residents and folks who use the Howe Library,  this fund raiser is how they get a significant portion of their yearly operating expenses.  As a huge fan of the Library myself, I find it important to help spread the word and ask people to join in the fun by coming to the event this weekend.  For more details –  HOWEL! (as an aside, I have to admit every time I think of The Howel  Classic I think of Allen Ginsburg!)
