The Upper Valley Homebrew Club met last night here at Umpleby’s for our monthly meeting and we had the good fortune to have Patrick Dakin as our guest speaker. Patrick is the former brewer at The Norwich Inn and is now in the process of opening a brewpub in S. Royalton, VT. He spoke to us about the interesting way that he is raising capital for the project.
