Just saw in the NYT a pic of the cake made for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration.

Congratulations Your Highness!

Does anyone know what flavor the cake was?  If you do could you drop me an email?  Couldn’t find any details on the web.

Despite the inclement weather we are open today for out usual hours.

Interesting fact:  Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. decided to join the ministry while living in my hometown of Simsbury, CT.
