Umpleby's Bakery & Café

It is a beautiful day to come by and sit  and eat something on the patio.

If you haven’t heard the news –  we will be allowed to have customers sit inside the cafe starting this Tuesday, June 16th (we’re closed the 15th).   We have already arranged the tables inside to accommodate the 6 foot distancing.

We look forward to serving customers back in the cafe again!!!!

Please note that we WILL continue to offer online and pick up in the vestibule ordering.

And just a reminder also that we will be at the Norwich Farmers’ Market tomorrow from 9 to 1pm.  And it is supposed to be a beautiful day tomorrow too!

Just a reminder that we are closed today but will be back open tomorrow morning.

Haven’t posted in a while so I thought I should get cracking and write something.

New items in the case today:

peach almond tarts –  peaches are back in season – yeah!

chocolate mousse cream puffs – we don’t do these too often so they warrant a mention

warm weather = fruit pies   We have a mixed berry crumb and apple crumb coming out of the oven shortly

And of course – the patio is open for open air eating.
