Sunday 4/26 We are open today until 1500 hours

We are making more granola today and it will be ready by Tuesday.   Raspberry brioche are making their return to the morning line-up today.  They will be out of the oven around 9am.

Going to give the onions a “haircut” today and thin the tomato seedlings.

Stay tuned about the opening of the Norwich Farmers’ Market.  As soon as I hear something I will post it here.

Saturday 4/25 Open until, wait for it, 3pm today

All the morning baked good items are out of the oven now.  Notable things we are baking/ making today:   Chicken tarragon pies, pork sausage rolls, strawberry tarts, eclairs, truffles, apple crumb tarts and lemon tarts.  As they are finished we will post them on the website for ordering.

That’s all for now,  gotta get back to the baker’s bench.

Friday 4/24 We’re open until 3 today

Thanks everyone for your enthusiastic support of doughnut day today!  We have sold out.  There are plenty of other things in the case if you didn’t get a chance to try one.   We’ll announce when the next doughnut day will be soon.  Thanks everyone!

And we are open until 3 pm today.
