We’ll be making doughnuts this Sunday morning, November 11th, Armistice Day.

We’ll have yeast raised glazed and cinnamon crullers.

Now that the election is behind us it is time to think about the future – November 22nd to be exact.  Here is the Thanksgiving Day Pie Menu   We are accepting orders for anything from our regular menus.  Be it a pumpkin pie,  blueberry muffins, rolls or some meat pies to have the night before look no further than Umpleby’s!

For election day we will be offering the following special items:

For the morning:   Yeast raised glazed donuts and cinnamon crullers to have before you go to the polls.

For Lunch:    Grass fed, certified organic hamburgers from Back Beyond Farm on a brioche bun with Home of the Free, Land of the Brave Fries. On the burger you have the choice of:

• For a blue taste:  Topped with blue cheese
• For a red taste:  Red Pepper Aoli
• UPDATE:  I forgot to add that we will also be offering chili-cheddar hot dogs on brioche buns.   This is a nod of nostalgia from my days at Skidmore College eating late night at Mr. Ed’s on Broadway.  The place is long gone now but I will always have a fond memory of it.  What does this have to do with Election Day?  I have no idea.  Just thought it would be fun to eat before or after you cast your vote.

For the green party:   Pea soup

For treats we will have red, white and blue cupcakes as well as red and blue sugar cookie stars.
