Umpleby's Bakery & Café

We are looking for folks to work with us in the front of house and the bakehouse for the New Year and beyond.

The bride and groom are big chocolate fans so we were very happy to oblige them! This was a chocolate cake with a layer of pastry cream and fresh raspberries and the other layer of raspberry mousse.  The outside of the cake is masked with what we call chocolate marquise, a recipe I picked up while working in Australia.  The base is cherry wood which we also fabricate ourselves.

We will be closed on Tuesday to Celebrate the 4th!
